Google CPA Will boost PPC

I have seen many blogger Aaron Wall and Scott Krap talking about new Google CPA program which is in beta. Many hypes have be created some think it might kill MFA sites. I have read the Google Pay Per Action Faq which is quite interesting and itself explain drawbacks in their working model.

As many people are talking that CPA will take the web advertising structure to next level what i think it will not. When i say it wont then i must have some logic behind it. So read the next lines carefully.

1. Google Says you can control your daily price budget which atracts alot of advertiser by say wow we can now saves alot of money by setting daily budgets plus we only pay per action. My question What if the advertiser daily budget exceeds? obviously Google is saying no ads will appear after that. Being a Publisher do you think putting this kind of CPA (ads) on your webpage if the users wont see the ads and your traffic will just wasted.

2. CPA (ads) needs traffic (This is true you need traffic so it will convert) if i just started a site and want to promote Google CPA (ads) from where should i drive traffic to my site? I will use adwords, overture, adbrite, msn adcenter in fact with the launch of Google CPA (ads) networks it will boost PPC aswell. Google wont let PPC (its cash cow) die there enigneers, marketers find another way to feed their cash cow (PPC).

3. What if Advertiser get a fraud? Do you want to refund (as a publisher) or being an advertiser want to pay for the fraud order.

I think these 3 reason wont over come PPC industry.Nor Google will let it DIE. I am against MFA sites and i would be pleased if they find another way to track down or stop them advertising via Google adwords.

I guess one of my conserns with the new Google system it that it will allow all really crappy, spam type advertisers to have unlimited advertising potential because they only would have to pay if someone downloaded their toolbar or bought the fake rolex.

    Thoughts?

I’m sorry, but your point 2 is completely incorrect.

Take a look at the FAQ for the publisher here:
    https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=43815

    It states:
Can I use search engine marketing to promote my referrals campaign?
You may not use search engine marketing to purchase traffic for the specific and sole purpose of generating conversions, unless you have the express permission of the advertiser.

Regarding point 1, Google obviously have the inventory for this already and it could easily be replaced with an ad of a similar kind. That’s why you set the keywords yourself. See this:

What happens if an advertiser I am referring discontinues their campaign or runs out of budget?
If ads that you are referring on your pages become unavailable for any reason, we will rotate different advertisements into your referral unit that we determine to be relevant to the content on your page. While we will make every effort to provide ads that are relevant to your page, we encourage you to select keywords and additional ads for your referral unit to ensure greater control over your own referral unit.

    thanks for nice comments.

What i want to say PPC will increase with Google CPA. If we cant drive traffic to affiliate pages than where the traffic will come from. Yahoo Search marketing or MSN AD Center indirectly will it give boost to Google competitors (Which Google never want to).

Rotating Ads with Keywords i dont want to rotate Ads as i only want to show High Paying Affiliates.

What i think this new CPA is designed only for Advertiser and Spammers.

Don’t allow Adsense CPA on your blog. It’s a gamble in my opinion, I would rather make a profit on each blog post.
